ENTRY LEVEL MANAGEMENT COURSES

GWOR Academy's entry-level hospitality management courses are designed to provide students with a foundational understanding of the hospitality industry, including its history, current trends, and future outlook. The courses cover a range of topics, such as hotel and restaurant management, event planning, customer service, marketing, and financial management.

FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE IN HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT (L3)

GWOR Academy offers you an indebt introduction to Hospitality Operations management. This is an extensive course and covers both Back of House operations and Front of House Day to day guest relations and services. You will cover Management roles in Human Resources, Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Tourism partners, and Sales & Marketing.

This course is complete with online learning, Project work, Tutor one on one mentoring, and module exam testing.

On full completion, GWOR Academy will utilize its Global Hospitality Connections to assist you in obtaining a brief Internship within the industry (T&C Apply).

FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE IN Essentials of Marketing and Customer Relationships in Tourism and Hospitality MANAGEMENT (L3)
